Customers can express their feelings on a product - positive or negative - by posting on you or the product’s Lettuce profile page (feature coming soon), or writing to us. If you’d like more feedback than is being given organically, we’re happy to work with you to facilitate different outlets for customers to get in touch, such as feedback forms. All customer support issues are handled on a case by case basis, equitably, and with care for everyone involved.
